In 1991 he founded his first company, Harry Kings Investment Ltd in Lagos.

Harry Kings Investment Ltd. was operating as International Trading Company.  In 1993 he moved to Japan and set up Harry Kings International Ltd in Tokyo, which serves as an umbrella company for all Kingsley’s businesses, ranging from trading, hospitality, tourism, natural medicine and business consulting. The whole enterprise has been put under Kobayashi Group in 2021, as it is growing significantly. 

He expanded to Europe in 2004 with Harry Kings, operating Serviced Apartments in Prague, Czech Republic.

In 2006, he founded HBK Naturalist Ltd, with his wife Blanka Kobayashi and Kolawole Oguntola, which produces herbal medicine to aid many different ailments, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cleansing and many more. Its flagship product, Kobayashi Bitters, has been helping people worldwide.

Kingsley also serves as President of African Operations for Klean Industries, creating renewable energy, resource recovery and recycling projects to drive inclusive and green growth for Africa, starting with the creation of projects that address waste to energy opportunities in Nigeria. By focusing sharply on areas of high-impact, building strategic partnerships and mobilizing resources to deliver impact at scale. His goal is to help build a new Africa with prosperous, sustainable and inclusive growth; one that is peaceful, secure and united, regionally integrated and globally competitive. A continent filled with hope, opportunities, liberties and freedom, with shared prosperity for all. An Africa that is open to the world, one that Africans are proud to call home. 

Throughout, Kingsley is involved in financial consulting services, investment consultancy, blockchain fintech investments,  commercial real estate in Japan and in Nigeria, oil&gas trading between Japan, Nigeria and Europe, construction of commercial buildings and infrastructure and property development. 

From 2014, Kingsley is involved in Blockchain and Fintech and Co-founded Fintech Global Consultants Group (FGC Group) with Tony Evans and later also founded Fintech Blockchain Consulting Company FBC Japan. 

FBC Japan directs its clients through every step of their fintech journey, through their expertise in cryptocurrency investment, funding assistance, marketing and compliance, mining opportunities, and ICO / IEO / STO launches.

Kingsley and his team is also specializing in Property Management in Nigeria, offering full range of services to real estate owners, managing buildings, entire estates and commercial properties.
